ABOUT EVENT

The annual China Wenzhou International Optics Fair (WOF for short) is a Must-attend optical event and a strategic platform for eyewear importers and buyers from the worldwide B2B trade. WOF is held every May at the China Wenzhou International Convention and Exhibition Center.

Recognized as China’s premier optical industry event and one of the world’s top four international trade exhibitions in optics, this annual spectacle draws participants from key optical hubs like Guangdong Shenzhen, Fujian Xiamen, Zhejiang Taizhou (Jiaojiang/Linhai/Yuhuan), Yingtan in Jiangxi, Danyang in Jiangsu, Xinhe in Hebei, and Chongqing (Rongchang/Fengjie), alongside Wenzhou’s vibrant local industry players.

The previous exhibits data showed 47% of the display products are eyeglasses/sunglasses, around 18% are packaging, with 15% raw materials/accessories, 11% optical equipment and 9% lens. Notably, the organizer extend a special offer of complimentary hotel accommodations for up to 1,000 Overseas Visitors, providing a two-night stay.

In addition to these offerings, the organizer introduces an incentive for first time overseas visitors, they are eligible to APPLY travel subsidy￥1000 CNY per person. Look forward to seeing you at WOF!

We're delighted that you'd like to visit China Wenzhou Int'l Optics Fair! The Organizer Committee reimburses qualifying expenses for eligible Oversea Eyewear Attendees. In order to be reimbursed for allowable travel expenses, you must follow all instructions and bring (no email requests accepted) original receipts and a Travel Expense Reimbursement Confirmation Letter issued by the organizer during the three exhibition days when you come to the fair. As an confirmed applicant, you must bring all original receipts and go to the Wenzhou Int'l Optics Fair at Wenzhou International Convention & Exhibition Center (Jiangbin Dong Road, Wenzhou, China) on May 9-11. Present all documents to the staff at Registration Center and get your subsidy onsite. Submit your travel subsidy application before 1^st April. Upon receipt, allow 10 business days' processing time for reimbursement request.

We'll cover the cost of travel for one person from one company to visit our fair. We will reimburse:

economy-class ticket on a plane, bus, or train (we only accept public transportation, don't accept mileage if you drive)

For reference, the maximum cost per person/company is CNY ￥1,000. We will not reimburse first or comfort-class tickets. Exchanged-ticket change fees will NOT be reimbursed.
